2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
An order confirmation email will be sent once your order is accepted.
Prices shown on the website include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Substitution Policy
Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. Rosery reserves the right to substitute flowers of similar colour and value when a specific variety is unavailable. We will always maintain the style and quality of the arrangement as described.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Lahore only. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur a re-delivery charge.
Rosery is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
6. Payments
Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We accept major credit and debit cards, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, and designs — is the property of Rosery and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rosery's liability for any product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
